Karen Argent
Finance Director

Karen is the eldest child of the company's founder, Graham Shemmings. Karen was the first Homestyle UK Windows employee, joining her dad running the business from a converted garage in Kesgrave when it was established in 1999.

After leaving Farlingaye High School, Karen went on to work for C & R Windows as an office administrator. In 1999, Graham asked Karen to study Accountancy so she could manage the company finances. In 2002, Karen became Finance Director.

Karen lives locally with her husband and children. If Karen does find some spare time, she enjoys spa days and spending time with her family.
